Toronto, ON and New York, NY, February 13, 2020—Love Inspired, Harlequin’s inspirational romance imprint, announces the launch of a new trade paperback fiction publishing program, starting spring 2021.
The Love Inspired trade paperback program will feature a variety of genres, such as romantic suspense, historical fiction, historical romance, Amish fiction and contemporary women’s fiction. The new program will continue to have the key elements that appeal to Love Inspired readers, including strong Christian characters whose faith enables them to overcome challenges, and wholesome, entertaining stories that will leave readers with hope.
Love Inspired’s category romance lines, Love Inspired and Love Inspired Suspense, offer readers contemporary inspirational romances where characters of faith face complicated issues of life and love in today’s world.
“The popularity of our Love Inspired and Love Inspired Suspense romance lines has encouraged us to expand in new and exciting ways. The trade imprint’s longer word count will allow for more complex stories and characters, and I’m excited to see the first submissions,” shares Executive Editor Tina James.
