[Note from Frolic: We’re so excited to welcome author Lucy Lennox to the site today to tell us all about the Heart2Heart anthrology! Take it away, Lucy!]

We are thrilled to release the third volume of the Heart2Heart Charity Anthology. This project started in 2017 with an idea Leslie Copeland had to bring together different authors from the gay and M/M romance genres to create a collection of short stories in order to raise money for LGBTQ+ charities. The authors of Heart2Heart Volumes 1 and 2 have already raised and donated over fifty thousand dollars for charities around the world. As we prepare to release the third volume of this anthology, we look to again positively impact organizations serving the LGBTQ+ community.

The Heart2Heart project is a little different in the way we incorporate our readers throughout the project. Once Leslie proposes the theme of the volume and invites authors to participate, she creates an idea submission form for readers to help give the authors elements to include within their stories. The readers fill out a form similar to a Mad Libs where they can submit names, occupations, and details about main characters as well as ideas for settings and setups. When it comes time to write their stories, the authors can pick and choose from any of the reader suggestions that spark their imaginations and create unique stories for the anthology.

The theme for this volume of Heart2Heart is classified ads. Each story in Volume 3 starts with some kind of ad that winds up bringing the two main characters together. With each volume of Heart2Heart thatโ€™s released, new authors are included in the project to help add new styles and unique approaches to the concept. Itโ€™s both a fun way for authors to try new ideas and an exciting way for readers to discover new authors they may not have read before, all while donating to charity.

Each Heart2Heart Charity Anthology volume is only available for a limited time, so be sure to grab your copy on October 1. The anthology will remain available on Amazon and in Kindle Unlimited for only ninety days, and when itโ€™s gone, itโ€™s gone! We hope you will take advantage of this rare opportunity to grab sixteen short stories from popular authors in the gay and M/M romance genre. All net proceeds from Heart2Heart Volume 3 will go to LGBT Youth Line, Kind Space, and The Canadian Centre for Gender & Sexual Diversity. About the Author:

Lucy Lennox is finally putting good use to that English Lit degree earned way back in the 1900s.

She enjoys naps, pizza, and procrastinating. She has some snarky kids and is married to someone who is better at math than romance but who makes her laugh every single day and is the best dancer in the history of ever.

She stays up way too late each night reading M/M romance because she is a sucker for a good story.
