Do you like magicians? Television production? Enemies to lovers? MAGIC!? Oh boy, do we have the movie for you. It’s called Now You See It, and yes, it’s on Disney+. Back when this beautiful, beautiful film was locked up in the Disney Vault, it was only allowed out once a year, during Disney Channel’s Halloween programming. Kids today don’t know how lucky they are…

Anyways, before you go back to streaming, let us tell you about your new favorite movie.

Now You See It follows two teenagers: amateur television producer Allyson Miller, and magician Danny Sinclair. When Allyson lands her dream spot in a contest seeking teen producers and cameramen, she becomes desperate to accomplish the task of finding “The World’s Greatest Kid Magician.” To stay on the show, she’ll need to find one of the best magicians in the country. When the first few contestants that she and her cameraman Cedric interview flop, they become desperate. Danny is their last hope. When, against all odds, Danny gets chosen as one of the three finalists for the show, Allyson thinks her future is secure. But her world turns upside down when they discover that Danny may have REAL magical powers. There are so many things to love about this movie. Here are just a few.

1. The Enemies-to-Lovers Dynamic

Danny and Allyson are THE OTP of OTPs. They’re polar opposites in so many ways, but that just might be what makes them perfect for each other…

2. The Quotes

There are so many good quotes in this movie, you guys. Just trust us. No one can beat Johnny Pacar and Aly Michalka’s intonations.

3. The Magic!

We’re also completely blown away by both the physical and visual effects of the movie. There’s both great sleight of hand and some downright magical CGI.

If you’re looking for something bubbly and fun to watch this weekend, head over to Disney+ and watch Now You See It!
