[Note from Frolic: We are so excited to have author Tina Gabrielle guest post on the site today. Take it away Tina!]
Thank you for featuring me! I’m Tina Gabrielle and I write adventurous historical romances. My upcoming release, How to Best Marquess, comes out today. I had fun thinking of my bucket list.
1. Zip Line above the Grand Canyon
I’m not afraid of heights and love rollercoasters. Still, zip lining above the Grand Canyon, one of nature’s most magnificent sights, scares the heck out of me. That’s why I have to do it. You can zip line 1,100 feet above the canyon floor at 50 miles per hour. What a thrill!
2. Visit Armenia with the Kids
I’m a first generation American with Armenian roots. My husband is Irish American, and he can trace his roots back to the Mayflower. Our kids are a great combination of both ethnicities and raised with wonderful traditions. I want to take the family to Armenia and show them the rich culture of the country.
3. Return to Paris
Ever since I visited Paris when I was in my early twenties, I’ve wanted to go back. What a beautiful city! I loved the Eiffel Tower, Versailles, and the food. I also happen to be an amateur lover of art and I plan to tour the Louvre, one of the best and biggest art museums in the world. Definitely on my bucket list.
4. Drive Cross Country with the Family
When I was a teenager, my dad purchased a motor home, and we hit the road and drove cross country. We started in my home state of New Jersey and drove to California. We stopped at all the National Parks along the way and other great sights. It was an eye-opening trip, and I want to do it again with my husband and two young girls this time. I want to show them how vast and beautiful our country is with its oceans, deserts, flatlands, mountains, and everything else. They may learn it in school, but I believe you can’t really appreciate it until you see it for yourself and the best way to do this is to drive cross country.
5. Swim with Dolphins
I’m a lap swimmer, but I’ve always wanted to swim with the dolphins. Florida has several places where you can swim with dolphins, and this experience is definitely on my list.
6. Bonus:
I’m adding one more. I’d like to become a USA Today best-selling author. I always tell my kids that if you believe in something and work hard to achieve it, it will come true. I believe in that advice.
