What to Read

YA Books as Hilarious Celebrity Tweets

Sometimes I wonder how we can get away with Twitter being free. There are so many golden memes, tweets, and moments that always send into a laughing fit. While I tend to spend too much time on Twitter instead of reading, I thought I’d share some of my favorite celebrity tweets and pair them with some YA reads!

Book: Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

Does this tweet not scream Kaz Brekkar to you? No? Okay.

Book: I Wanna Be Where You Are by Kristina Forest

This cute YA about a ballerina and her grumpy hero is sure to make you feel fuzzy inside.

Book: A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab

I know I constantly mention this book (as it’s my absolute favorite), but this tweet has big Delilah Bard energy and I couldn’t resist.

Book: Golden & Grey by Louise Arnold

Though not strictly YA, this cutesy MG ghost story is perfect for anyone who needs a paranormal fix.

Book: Crier’s War by Nina Varela

While Alexa can’t ascent the stratosphere of YA fantasy books, robots sure can. A half-robot love story? Even better.

Book: Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare

I’m sure if Will Herondale had access to Twitter in 1878 he would surely tweet this.

Book: Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas

Celaena Sardothien did not become a teenage assassin just to wake up and not constantly hype herself up.

Which of these tweets are your favorite?
